Rates: $15 per hour, minimum: 2 hours

Email Management services are offered for those taking time away, vacation, experiencing medical issues, overwhelmed with the volume of incoming mail and need help clearing out their inboxes, or would like to implement more organization.

  • Resolved emails will be moved to Completed folders
  • Junk/Spam boxes reviewed for emails sorted there in error
  • Out of Office responses

By setting up and maintaining an organized email system that works for your company, you will no longer have to worry about missed correspondence from clients. This will allow you time to focus on your business and keep you organized even when you are not in the office.

Because of working so closely with you and your clients, I will learn your business practices and suggest other areas of organization.
